Paywhere Pte Ltd is co-founded by Dickson Gregory, Vincent Lau and Damian Chow to revolutionise online shopping. 

In order to achieve this, the founders conceptualised and developed the company's proprietary product TackThis! which is a social commerce platform that offers an easy way to publish products, run promotions and sell online on websites and social media channels.

In 2010, the company was funded by Spring Singapore with green lane support from National University of Singapore. After a successful launch of TackThis! in September 2011, PayWhere is incubated by Red Dot Ventures, and is now enroute to creating even more innovations.
