Applications: Embedded Banking in Business Software

Businesses run their operations inside ERP, accounting, and industry-specific software, but their banking lives somewhere else. To move money or check a position, they leave the system where they work, log into a portal, download files, and re-key data back in. Today, 36% of businesses cite lack of integration between systems as their #1 digital-tool challenge, 27% run six or more separate systems, and only 23% have fully automated bill payment. The result is manual reconciliation, delayed visibility, and workflows that stall every time they touch the bank.

Benefit

Real-time balances, transaction insights, cash-flow visibility, and secure money movement embedded directly into ERP, accounting, or vertical software bring the institution into the software where businesses already work. This allows AR, AP, payroll, and treasury workflows to run end-to-end without switching to a portal.

Current State without Paywhere
Today this is managed by manual work, portal logins, file-based reporting, and re-keying data between banking and business systems.

Why Paywhere
Paywhere securely exposes balances, transactions, and payments directly into customers' internal systems, ERPs, and platforms, replacing portal logins and file-based processes with real-time, structured data, all under the institution's own controls.
